The train wreck to end all train wrecks (okay maybe not, but she's giving Amber Portwood a good run lately) was just arrested for the second time in a week.

A rep for the Brunswick County (N.C.) Sheriff's Office confirms Jenelle Evans was arrested early this morning for violating a domestic violence protective order.

She is still in custody ... but at least looks like she's in good spirits:

Details surrounding her latest arrest are unclear, though Jenelle was busted just last week for allegedly making harassing calls and threatening her ex-roommate.

Jenelle's still on probation for beating up Britany Truett in a nasty fight last year, so the latest two arrests could mean even more trouble for Jace's mama.
