On February 2, Grey's Anatomy will undergo an energy shift that will show us the characters in an alternate reality.

Meredith's mother never suffered Alzheimer's! So she and Richard stayed together resulting in less time for Richard to mentor Bailey.

Hence a mousy Bailey. Super weird!!

Even weirder?? Meredith is "bright and shiny!" YaY!! No more victim worldview!! Good for her!!

But unfortunately that means she wasn't a hot mess who slept with Derek… and thus he and Addison are still together.

Yang is not Meredith's bestie.. because well, Meredith is just too happy for her. Oops!

But that's okay cause Mer has another best friend… her fiance… DORKY ALEX! AHHH!!! love it!!!

Oh yeah and apparently Owen and Callie are freakin' on break. What!?!
